Gaggia Evolution Semi-Automatic Espresso Machine
Gaggia 44-oz. Evolution Espresso Machine, Silver

Gaggia has been widely known for it's Italian past. This new Gaggia Evolution espresso machine adds to the already famous line of Gaggia products and speaks loudly of its name. This machine has a high end look without the high end price.

The dual heating, high watt element boiler has about the fastest heat up time in the industry.

The 55 watt pump has enough power to spare, and is mounted on rubber mounts that are vibration resistant.

The reservoir is easy to fill. All that is needed is to slide it to the left and pour in the water. This eliminates the need to remove it from the machine.

Gaggia has been tested and approved for use with the world famous Illy pods.
Gaggia's new Turbo-Frother frothing wand is specifically designed to get you great froth with minimum to no fuss.

The controls are simple to use and have all the necessary temperature ready lights.

:: FEEDBACK & OVERVIEW

Actual Customer Feedback:

"I bought this Gaggia machine, because I knew it has about the quickest heat up time thanks to its high wattage dual heating element. It really heats up very quickly and it also can do many other things easily. It has very good bar pressure, the controls are simple and the reservoir is easy to fill."

"I received this as mother's day gift and I absolutely love it. The pressure is very good and I spend less on Starbucks because I can make my own soy lattes!"

Our Research on the Gaggia Classic Suggests:

According to the general online consensus (where research is based on unbiased, non-vested comments & articles), this Gaggia Evolution is a Gaggia Classic wantabe. It comes pretty close. It is not as sturdily built but still produces a quality espresso at half the price of the Classic.

Verdict:

The Evolution is a good machine that makes a consistently good espresso. It just isn't as well built as the Classic or the Silvia. If you can afford the difference I still recommend the Classic or the Silvia but if the extra money is getting you down then the Evolution is an excellent choice.
